Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
2. Exchange / Return Policy
Exchange is not available due to limited product availability.
Returns are accepted only in the rare case of damaged or defective products and strictly under the following conditions:
A 360-degree unboxing video of the product is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing all sides of the product.
The video must be shared within 4 hours of product delivery.

The product must be in its original, unused condition.
Photos or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product.
