1. Order Cancellations

We do not have a cancellation policy.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

2. Exchange / Return Policy

Exchange is not available due to limited product availability.

Returns are accepted only in the rare case of damaged or defective products and strictly under the following conditions:

  • A 360-degree unboxing video of the product is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing all sides of the product.

  • The video must be shared within 4 hours of product delivery.

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • Photos or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

  • No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product.
